I might use a format similar to this one for my entries:
8/03/2004 - added some pics of me and what I like..
9/03/2004- just added some extra stuff , message board, go check it out
10/03/2004- oooo today i added this ecard thingy and summore pics of mes familie
10/04/2004- i added in a geust book so yall can sign in and please leave a message..
11/03/2004- geust book , dont forget to sign
12/03/2004- added shououts to my friends on the shoutout page
